11/29/2001 Entry: "Exhaustion"

Exhaustion. I'm home. I'm wiser. I now know that I will never wear pantsuits when I get older. I know that if you're flying out of California you *definitely* need the extra two hours to get through security. I know that if I'm surrounded by massive amounts of colour and movement I get kind of flashbacky. I know that flashbacky is not a word. I know that living in hotels is not ideal, but I also know it's better than sleeping in a daycab. I know that going without internet access for a week makes me jittery, much like the effects of drinking too much coffee. I know that when I have no internet access I drink too much coffee.

I know that I missed my friend Jim's birthday. I'm really *really* sorry about that. I also know that JIM knows about my procrastination and my forgetful ways, so I know he'll forgive me if I get him a super cool present.

I know that if I don't get myself in gear I'll never get this laundry done before the Maverick's game tonight.

Dammit.

PS - Hey Niki! Write ya soon, doll.
