04/04/2004 Entry: "TTR225 / Pontiac SX" Yesterday Zack and I went to three different motorcycle dealerships so I could sit on some different bikes. I wanted to be absolutely positive the TTR is what I wanted. The sales guys kept chatting up Zack, even though *I* was the one looking for a bike. The guy at the Plano Honda dealership wouldn't even look at me. What a fucking putz! Anyway, Zack found a great deal on a 2003 TTR225 down by Houston. I'm picking up my bike on Friday! Yay! Speaking of Houston, it looks like we may be down there for the whole weekend. There's some kind of motocross get-together happening. Rob and I walked down to the creek on Thursday and we saw a HUGE snake sunning itself on a rock. I described it to Zack and he said it was a Water Moccasin. The thing must have been at least three feet long. I really need to start carrying my camera with me. Gotta go... the Pontiac SX race is coming on right now. I kind of already peeked at the results. Sorry, Z. I'm so bummed! Windham took 4th place. Man, I hope he kicks it up a nacho here in Dallas. I think I'm going to use Windham's numbers on my bike. He's so keen. ;) And I'm such a dork.

Replies: 2 comments well maybe the sales guy saw the beauty of the goddess in you, he felt unworthy to look. Or he felt that if he looked too long, Z would kick his ass. Or he was gay. BTW I killed a 4 1/2 ft long rattle snake in W. Texas on all days St. Patty's day. I have the rattle to show, 13 rattles.
